Scoring
CoreQ combines the official question set into a single satisfaction measure. Respondents use a five-point scale from Poor (1) to Excellent (5).
The facility score is calculated by counting valid respondents whose average across all questions is 3.0 or higher and dividing that number by all valid responses for the same questionnaire type.
